  • completed a qualifying course with the required academic result (HKDSE: Best 5 subjects – 21 points; IB: Aggregate of 34; GCE A levels: Best 3 subjects – 12 points)
  • meet minimum English language entry requirements for the degree program. If you complete a QUT pathway program for the purpose of satisfying QUT English language requirements, you may be eligible for this scholarship once you start your degree program
  • receive an admission offer letter into one of the eligible courses offered by participating faculties.

Eligibility

You must:

  • be a new commencing international student in the EAP program, including those who are applying to QUT and have not yet accepted the made offer from QUT
  • be applying for a minimum of one EAP program, followed by an academic program at QUT. The academic program must have a minimum duration of one semester, and may include foundation, diploma, University Certificate in Tertiary Preparation, study abroad programs, coursework degrees
  • start the EAP program before December 2021
  • start the subsequent academic program at QUT College or QUT before 22 August 2022
  • meet the minimum academic and English requirements for each QUT course as outlined in the letter of offer, including the EAP program

RMIT University

In order to qualify for this bursary you must be commencing student in Foundation Studies program within 2021 or 2022 intake

For September 2021 intake, an additional AUD$5000 one-off bursary for applicants with a packaged offer against a University program in Semester 2 2022 intake.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you:

  • must be a new commencing student and had accepted a packaged pathway offer letter progressing to Vocational Education (VE) or Higher Education (HE) program (principal program*). Your first pathway program must commence in July 2021 or onwards.
  • must have a principal program* commencing between Feb 2022 and July 2023 intake
  • must have a valid packaged CoEs or student visa at the commencement of the first pathway program

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Scholarship, an applicant must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Remain an international student (not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia); and
  • Be a citizen from Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Macau SAR, South Korea, Taiwan, or a country in the Latin America, South Asia, or South East Asia region; and
  • Commence full-time studies and on campus[1] at UTS; and
  • Meet UTS admission criteria for the selected UTS undergraduate coursework program; and
  • Successfully complete a UTS College Diploma and be admitted based on this qualification to UTS; and
  • Commence studies in a UTS undergraduate degree in 2023 that directly articulates from their UTS College Diploma course, and in the next available intake after completion of the candidate’s Diploma; and
  • Must not:
    be studying a UTS online degree or distance mode degree; or be a recipient of other UTS International scholarships or grants or the UTS Alumni Advantage Program for the duration of this Scholarship; and be a government sponsored student.
